ChicagoSmokeShoppe does not offer shipping to third parties as gifts or otherwise. We are only able to ship our product(s) to those who have purchased it and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Therefore we will only ship to the Credit Card holders name.
We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible, in most cases SAME DAY as order is received.
Packages shipped domestically are typically delivered within 2-4 business days depending on the distance from Chicago, IL.
TRACKING NUMBERS: Packages are sent by USPS. A USPS tracking number will be emailed after the product is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your package through the USPS tracking page.
DISCREET SHIPPING:
We provide discreet shipping on all packages. The name ChicagoSmokeShoppe will not appear on your package.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS: Please be sure you enter your correct valid shipping address at purchase.
When packages are returned as undeliverable you will be contacted via email and provided with a full refund (shipping charges will not be refunded).
If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your local USPS branch to resolve the issue.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED:
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please make sure you take the following steps to ensure getting a replacement;
Email photos of all packaging and materials, AND the damaged item(s) to ChicagoSmokeShoppe88@gmail.com within 48 hours of the tracking number being reported as "Delivered".
If we have the same product in stock, we will mail out your replacement immediately .Otherwise, Refund Provided.
RETURNS
We can not accept returns on used products, even if you only used it once and washed it out. Adding water or other material to a pipe constitutes use. Opened Packages, worn or washed T-Shirts cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with your order, email or call us within 7 days of the order delivery date and let us know.
We can either replace the item with one of your choice or issue a refund
